Tiers are based on annual placement revenue: 70% ($0–$100K), 80% ($100K–$250K), 90% ($250K–$500K), 100% ($500K+). No desk fees or hidden deductions.
Who handles compliance and contracts?
Generate's back office team manages all compliance documentation, client contracts, and ensures every engagement is properly structured. You review and approve; we handle execution.
How long does onboarding take?
Most members are fully operational within a few business days. Platform access, back office configuration, and contracts are all handled by Generate as part of onboarding.
What does the referral fund pay?
